Program Terms and Client Agreement

By purchasing, enrolling, booking, backing, contributing, or participating in any Fat Is THE Clue™ program, consultation, digital product, payment plan, deposit, or related service offered by Best Is Me LLC, you agree to these terms.

Business and Brand

Best Is Me LLC is the owner and operator of the services described on this page. Fat Is THE Clue™ is a brand and program offered by Best Is Me LLC.

References to “Fat Is THE Clue™,” “the program,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Best Is Me LLC and its related services, programs, materials, and communications unless otherwise stated.

Scope of Services

Fat Is THE Clue™ provides consulting, coaching, education, and strategy focused on body composition, energy, lifestyle structure, food rhythm, habits, environment, and root cause investigation.

Services may include education, coaching sessions, implementation support, digital materials, private guidance, and related resources.

You should consult your licensed healthcare provider before making major health, diet, exercise, sauna, supplement, or lifestyle changes.

No Guaranteed Results

Results vary. Your outcome depends on individual factors, consistency, readiness, implementation, health history, environment, and other factors outside our control.

No specific weight loss, fat loss, health, fitness, body composition, energy, or wellness result is guaranteed.

Deposits

Deposits reserve limited client capacity and are applied toward the program fee.

All deposits are non refundable once paid because they reserve time, preparation, and limited availability. Start dates may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice when possible.

Program Payments and Payment Plans

Full program payments and payment plan payments cover reserved coaching time, preparation, education, resources, and implementation support.

Once the program begins, payments already processed are non refundable.

For recurring weekly plans, you agree to the weekly payment schedule selected at checkout. Missed, failed, disputed, or canceled payments may pause access to coaching, resources, communication, scheduling, and remaining sessions until the account is brought current.

Rescheduling a session does not cancel or pause the payment plan unless agreed in writing by Best Is Me LLC.

Consultations

Consultations are scheduled based on availability. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.

Consultations provide education, strategy, and guidance only. They do not create a medical provider relationship.

Digital Products

Digital products, guides, protocols, and downloadable materials are for personal educational use only.

Digital purchases are non refundable once accessed or delivered. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, teach, modify, or share these materials without written permission.

Pay It Forward Contributions

Pay It Forward contributions support access to educational materials, protocol guidance, consultations, or sponsored participation for individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford support.

These contributions are not tax deductible charitable donations unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and safety.

You agree to communicate honestly about limitations, concerns, scheduling issues, and any reason you may not be able to participate safely.

You agree not to use the program as a substitute for medical care.

Communication

Program communication may occur through phone, video, email, text, or other agreed channels.

We make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely way, but this program does not provide emergency support or urgent medical response.

Intellectual Property

All protocols, guides, materials, frameworks, documents, recordings, educational resources, names, branding, and program materials are owned by Best Is Me LLC or its creator.

Fat Is THE Clue™ is a brand and program of Best Is Me LLC.

You receive personal use access only unless a separate written agreement gives you broader rights.

Right to Refuse or Pause Services

Best Is Me LLC may refuse, pause, or discontinue services if participation becomes unsafe, inappropriate, unpaid, abusive, outside the scope of services, or inconsistent with these terms.

Agreement

By completing payment, booking, enrolling, backing, contributing, or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms with Best Is Me LLC for services provided under the Fat Is THE Clue™ brand.
