Employer Health Program & Executive Support | Best Is Me
For Employers

One employer program. Different levels of support.

Research-informed health education, structured 6 Week Programs, private Root Cause Investigation, and executive support inside one scalable employer framework.

Employees do not all need the same intervention. Best Is Me gives an organization a broad educational starting point, then increases the level of support when the person's needs become more complex.

The Employer Model

Four levels. One connected program.

The organization can create broad access without purchasing intensive 1:1 support for every employee.

01
Broad Access

Employer Membership

Organization-wide access to Best Is Me health education and defined pathways into deeper programs when employees need more support.

02
Structured Programs

6 Week Programs

Cohort or individual programs with a clear beginning, progression, implementation period, and completion point.

03
Private Investigation

Root Cause Investigation

A private educational investigation for complex histories that need more context than general health education can provide.

04
Leadership Support

Executive Health

Higher-touch support for leaders whose health, recovery, decision load, travel, and operating demands warrant more individual attention.

Two Sides of the Same Program

Useful to employees. Manageable for employers.

For Employees

A clearer place to start.

  • Access Enter through education rather than needing a complex problem before support becomes available.
  • Structure Move into a defined 6 Week Program when implementation and accountability are useful.
  • Privacy Use private individual support without turning personal health details into employer reporting.
  • Escalation Move toward licensed medical care or other appropriate resources when the issue exceeds educational scope.
For Employers

One framework instead of disconnected programs.

  • Scalability Reserve more intensive support for the employees and situations where it is actually warranted.
  • Navigation Create a defined pathway from broad education to structured programs and private support.
  • Insight Learn from de-identified aggregate participation themes without receiving individual health histories.
  • Flexibility Start with a pilot, cohort, leadership group, or membership and expand only when the data supports it.
The Business Case

The ROI is not wellness. It is protecting human capacity.

Attention, recovery, sleep, visual comfort, cognition, and the work environment can affect how people function at work. That gives employers a reason to investigate conditions around performance rather than treating health engagement as a participation metric alone.

The figures below are findings reported in published or documented workplace-environment research. They are not promised outcomes from the Best Is Me Employer Program. They illustrate why environmental and biological context can have measurable relevance to work capacity.
36.8% Self-reported concentration

Improvement in the intervention group in one controlled office-lighting study, compared with 1.7% in the control group.

28%+ Alertness and vitality

The same study reported 28.2% improvement in alertness and 28.4% improvement in vitality within the intervention group.

84% Visual-fatigue symptoms

A Cornell-led office daylight study reported an 84% drop in eyestrain, headache, and blurred-vision symptoms under optimized daylight conditions.

10–25% Mental function and recall

A summary of California Energy Commission office research reported better mental-function and memory-recall performance with stronger daylight and view access.

What the Company May Gain

Better conditions for consistent performance.

Capacity More attention to sleep, recovery, energy, visual strain, work rhythm, and environmental friction.
Presenteeism A structured way to address employees who remain at work while operating below their usual capacity.
Benefits strategy More information about which forms of support employees actually engage with before expanding spend.
Retention Additional support for people whose declining health may eventually affect performance, engagement, or continuity.
Protect Institutional Capacity

Health can become a continuity issue.

Experience Long-tenured employees carry context and institutional knowledge that cannot be replaced immediately.
Judgment High-responsibility roles depend on cognitive consistency, recovery, and decision stamina.
Leadership Executive support can be layered onto the broader program where role demands justify more individual attention.
Continuity A scalable health-support structure can become one component of broader human-capital and retention planning.
Benefits Fit

Designed to complement existing benefits, not replace them.

Where Best Is Me Fits

The investigation and implementation layer.

Medical plans, EAPs, wellness platforms, fitness benefits, and executive-health resources each solve different problems. Best Is Me can sit alongside them.

  • Education Help employees understand health questions before another disconnected intervention is added.
  • Programs Create a defined implementation path for employees who want more than general information.
  • Complexity Provide private educational investigation when a history no longer fits a general program.
What Stays Separate

Clinical care remains clinical care.

Best Is Me is an educational and decision-support program. It does not become the employee's medical provider or the employer's mechanism for directing treatment.

  • Diagnosis Remains with appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Medication Best Is Me does not tell participants to start, stop, or alter prescribed treatment.
  • Emergency care Urgent and emergency needs remain outside the program.
Privacy & Measurement

Employees need privacy. Employers need useful information.

Participant Privacy

Individual health discussions stay individual.

Personal health histories, private Root Cause Investigation discussions, and individual program details are not designed to become employer-facing reports.

  • Private Individual educational conversations and personal health context.
  • Separate Employment decisions remain outside the participant support relationship.
  • Clear scope Participants know what the program does and where licensed medical care begins.
Employer Insight

Report themes, not personal histories.

When employer reporting is part of the program, it should focus on de-identified aggregate information appropriate to the size and design of the engagement.

  • Engagement Which program layers employees are using and where participation concentrates.
  • Themes Recurring educational or environmental topics without identifying individual employees.
  • Iteration What appears worth expanding, modifying, or leaving out of the next phase.
Pilot to Membership

Start small. Learn. Scale deliberately.

Start With a Defined Pilot

Prove the operating model before making it a broad benefit.

1
Select the group A small leadership group, 3–8 participants, or a defined 6 Week Program cohort.
2
Run the program Use the appropriate mix of education, structured implementation, and private support.
3
Review the experience Assess engagement, recurring themes, operational friction, and what employees actually used.
Scale What Earns Its Place

Membership becomes the infrastructure.

1
Broaden access Extend the educational membership to a larger employee population where appropriate.
2
Add cohorts Deploy defined 6 Week Programs around needs the organization chooses to support.
3
Keep higher-touch support selective Use private Root Cause Investigation and executive work where individual complexity warrants it.
Program Design

Built as a scalable health program, not a collection of coaching sessions.

Research translated into a deployable program.

Best Is Me combines medical education and applied health research with experience in clinical-trial recruitment, healthcare digital strategy, patient engagement, program development, and health education.

The Operating Model

Research → program design → engagement → implementation → measurement.

Segmentation Different support levels for different needs.
Adoption A program employees can understand and navigate.
Privacy Individual support separated from employer reporting.
Measurement Pilot, learn, refine, then decide what deserves scale.

The same framework makes the program easier for an employer to evaluate and easier to expand without forcing every employee into the same experience.

FAQ

Employer Program questions.

Is this medical care?

No. Best Is Me provides health education, structured programs, Root Cause Investigation, and decision support. Diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, and medical management remain with appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

Does the employer receive individual health information?

The program is designed to keep individual health discussions private. When employer reporting is used, it should be limited to appropriate de-identified aggregate themes and program-level insights.

Do we have to start company-wide?

No. An employer can start with a small pilot, leadership group, or 6 Week Program cohort and decide whether broader membership makes sense after learning from the initial engagement.

Can this work alongside our existing benefits?

Yes. The program is designed to complement medical coverage, EAPs, wellness platforms, fitness benefits, and other resources rather than require an employer to replace them.

Where does Executive Health fit?

Executive support is a higher-touch layer for founders, leaders, and other high-responsibility roles where travel, decision load, privacy, recovery, and individual complexity warrant more focused support.

What outcomes are guaranteed?

None. External research can help explain why sleep, light, environment, recovery, and cognitive conditions matter, but Best Is Me does not guarantee health, productivity, retention, healthcare-cost, or financial outcomes.

Employer Programs

Start with the level of support your organization actually needs.

Use the 20-minute strategy call to discuss the workforce, the current benefits environment, the problem you are trying to solve, and whether the right starting point is a pilot, a 6 Week Program, an executive group, or a broader employer membership.

Best Is Me provides health education, Root Cause Investigation, structured educational programs, and decision support. Best Is Me does not diagnose, prescribe, treat disease, provide emergency care, replace licensed medical care, or advise participants to start, stop, or change medication without their clinician. Individual participant health details are private. Employer reporting, when included, should be limited to appropriate de-identified aggregate themes and program-level insights. No specific health, productivity, retention, healthcare-cost, revenue, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
